Art-specific TOSArt made by me may not be used commercially without obtaining proper permission and paying a commercial feeArt made by me may be used as profile pictures or banners with proper credit UNLESS it is a piece commissioned by a third partyCommissioners may edit my art in any way they see fit as long as the original image is still recognizable and proper credit is present

Design-specific TOSDesigns made by me may not be resold for more than their original value without any additional art being present to add to their worthYou may not sell or trade designs by me that you obtained from raffles, gifts, etc.You are permitted to redesign any of my designs you own as long as some elements of the old design are still recognizableMy designs have a 14 day cooldown period after initial purchase, during which you are not permitted to sell or trade them

Other notesMY ART AND DESIGNS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO BE USED TO TRAIN ANY AI-BASED ALGORITHMSRegarding commissions, you are required to pay 100% of the price upfront. I am not responsible for any errors on the side of Boosty, however am willing to allow a chargeback in the event that payment was sent twice due to the service's internal errorsAny major changes to the piece must be discussed during the sketching phase of the process. Adjustments to the colors and minor details can be negotiated during the whole drawing processI prefer to have an easy and quick method of communication with clients, as I will need a way to provide updates and ask questions during the drawing processMy turnaround time is typically less than a month, however due to outside circumstances that time may be extended. You may ask for updates on the drawing processYou may pay a rush fee of +30% to the price of the commission, however that must be negotiated beforehand as this is not always an option
